Paul Rogers was called to the bar in England and Wales in 1989, and practised mainly criminal law representing both the prosecution and defence. At present, he is a Senior Appeals Counsel in the Office of the Prosecutor at the ICTY where he has been involved in a number of cases. He was also appointed as Senior Trial Attorney in the case of Prosecutor v Haradinaj et al. Currently, he is the lead prosecution counsel in the case of Prosecutor v Tolimir and the Popovic et al appeal.
Paul is an approved advocacy trainer for the Inner Temple Inn in England, and has organised and taught on advocacy courses at the appeals and trial level run at the ICTY and by the OSCE in the Balkans.
